Our sweet Aydin is ONE YEAR OLD!

The time has just flown by and our angel is growing so fast! We had a great, small gathering to celebrate his big day! Ane Ane was in town and our neighbors also joined us to celebrate! Aydin loved his party!

I'm sort of going backwards, but I'm getting my pictures organized and wanted to share what we have taken! Enjoy!

Peanut is 9 months old...

We can't believe that Aydin has already turned 9 months old, the time is just flying by! He is such a happy little boy! He loves to smile and now those smiles are full of teeth! He has all his front teeth now and he loves to show them off!

He is so active! He is crawling and pulling himself up now! He would probably rather be standing than doing most things! He loves to pull himself up, we've had to lower his crib all the way now, so he can't escape! :)

We are experimenting with all sorts of people food and seeing what all he likes! So far he isn't liking it, but with time he will figure out what all those teeth are for and he will love it all!

My mom is in town and enjoying being with us! We are really enjoying having her here! She is really excited to be with her precious Aydin!!! She is going to help me organize all my pictures so I can post more, even some from the holidays that I haven't posted yet!

Look who is almost 8 months...

Hard to believe that Aydin is almost 8 months old now! At his last check-up he weighed 17.8lbs. He is a really great eater and loving his new BIG BOY FOODS!

He is really loving his bouncy swing. And he could bounce all day long! He's learning to not only bounce, but hang on the straps and spin around. Its so much fun to watch!

Some of his favorite things besides his bouncy swing are his fleece blanket, his puppy musical mobile in his bed and his blue truck that his best buddy, Lincoln gave him! All of which just make him smile so big! But his favorite thing is probably his very own TOES! He loves to grab them and if you ask him where they are he knows where they are and will show you! Our sweet boy is so smart!

He's really getting ready to take off crawling! He's already mastered crawling in reverse and he can do the forward tummy scoot! Any day now he will be Mr. Independent and on the move! We can't believe he is growing up so fast!

Can't believe, Aydin is 6 months old already...

It's hard to believe that Aydin is already 6 months. He's really growing fast! Here are some recent pictures of him and I will be following with more updates in the next few days. I will add pictures from our recent trip to Turkey, as well!

5 months old already!

Aydin is getting so big! He was 14.13lbs at his 4 month check-up last month! He is eating like a big boy. He loves his rice cereal and he was just introduced to apple sauce and loves it, too. He is such a happy baby with such a huge personality! He loves to babble alot and we think he is really trying to say "Ma"!










Aydin is really enjoying his "tummy time" and is able to rock from side to side and hold his head up on his own.




We had a wonderful 1st Halloween. Aydin was the cutest little monkey in his costume! He loved the trick-or-treaters that came to the door and even got to trick-or-treat for a few minutes himself!

3 Month Check Up...

Aydin had his 3 month check up at the beginning of the month. He is a healthy little 3 month old with a great appetite. He weighed 13lbs 6 oz at that visit. He is so alert and so happy! He loves our time together during the day when I sing him songs! He just smiles at me all the time! He is only 3 months old, but he already has a fondness for football. He loves to lay on the floor in front of the tv or sit in his bouncer and watch the games.
